On 31 March 2021, 30 students graduated from a two-month Leadership Development Program, which was organized by APT in Kabul. The program covered basics of leadership and its most important principles, which were taught by national and international professional instructors in an interactive setting. The topics included leadership, influence, integrity, trust, respect, listening, communication, goal setting, honorable leadership, styles of leadership and many more. Additionally, this program-helped students use a set of exercises to develop leadership skills and assume a service-centric approach to leading in their society. At the end of the program, students implemented two social projects on servant leadership to practice their newly acquired skills.
