Duties and Responsibilities:
Communication Assistant works under the direct supervision of the executive director and programs
coordinator.
The main duties and responsibilities include the following:
A. In Relation with Communication:
Improve quality APT’s social media (Website, Facebook, Twitter) posts
Plan publicity strategies
Developed an internal communication system among APT staff in Kabul and provinces
Write and produce brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
Gather organizational reports and publish them on APT website daily, monthly, and quarterly
Communicate APT’s activities impact in effective ways through social media
Develop a strategy for APT’s volunteers and members
Promote APT’s twitter account
Promote APT’s vision among its beneficiaries and stakeholders
Present APT in external events and meetings if needed
Work on improvement of APT institutional communication with other organizations
Manage APT database
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor degree from a Journalism Faculty from recognized and registered university
At least, should have two-year experience in related field;
Must have professional communication skills;
Understanding computer and software;
Excellent English, Dari and Pashto proficiency.
